Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, if you receive the wrong item, or if something is missing from your order, contact us promptly at support@battistahomeco.com. Qualifying order issues can be reviewed for a replacement or refund.
Claims require verification and must meet the applicable eligibility window. A resolution is not automatic until the issue is reviewed.
Damaged or defective items
Contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the product and the problem. Packaging-only damage does not qualify if the product itself is intact and functioning.
Incorrect or missing items
Send your order number plus clear photos of what you received, the original packaging, and the shipping label when available. We will review the issue for a qualifying replacement or refund.
Delivery problems
If tracking shows a shipment as delivered but you did not receive it, carrier or postal documentation may be required. If tracking is stalled or a shipment is otherwise missing, contact us so we can review its status and available resolution.
Changed your mind or ordered the wrong item
We do not advertise a blanket change-of-mind return program for the current catalog. Do not mail a product back to the address shown on a shipping label. Contact us first so we can tell you whether a return option is available for your specific order before you ship anything.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. A qualifying order can generally be refunded if cancellation is completed before it has entered processing or shipped. Once processing or shipment has begun, cancellation may no longer be available.
Warranty
We do not advertise a separate blanket product warranty for the current catalog. Qualifying defects, damage, and fulfillment errors are handled through the claim process above.
